It includes discussion of:

• What are bloodborne pathogens?
• Types of exposure
• Selection of personal protective equipment
• Exposure control plan
• Proper disposal of contaminated materials
• HIV
• Hepatitis
• TB

Bloodborne Pathogens is a two hour class and should be repeated every one to two years. The latest information and statistics on HIV, Hepatitis, and TB is included. Each student will receive a Certificate of Completion.
